January 29, Another shot from my shoot last evening. The temperature was 11 Degrees and I quickly learned that 11 degrees at night is colder than 11 degrees during the day...for some reason. This image is from a waterfront park along the Illinois River. I have been waiting for the river to freeze over for some shots of river ice but up to this point it has been too warm to freeze solid. That may change over the last few days. The camera performed well in the cold...can't say the same for the photographer.
